L-theanine is an amino acid which is sourced from green tea leaves. Paired in this formulation with lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) extract to help maintain good cognitive functioning and support relaxation, this supplement is a wonderful antidote for modern lifestyles.
This food supplement provides 300mg of lemon balm extract and 200mg of L-theanine within an easy-to-take vegan capsule. The L-theanine within this supplement is presented in its free form state meaning it does not require digestion, resulting in a faster delivery into the body.
