Involved in over 300 processes in the human body, magnesium is often named the ‘spark of life’ due to its importance in the body. In this formula it has been paired with vitamin B6 - a water-soluble vitamin which helps to regulate hormonal balance - and saffron (Crocus sativus) extract which helps to maintain good comfort before and during the menstrual cycle.
Furthermore, magnesium and vitamin B6 both contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue whilst supporting the normal functioning of the nervous system. Our Iranian-grown saffron, meanwhile, has been shown to support emotional balance by supporting relaxation and helping to maintain a positive mood, making this a popular supplement to support women’s health and wellbeing.
In this vegan formulation, magnesium is provided in three different forms: oxide, citrate and bisglycinate in order to deliver the most effective high-strength dose in a bioavailable form.
