Turmeric (Curcuma longa) is a perennial herb of the ginger family that is extensively cultivated in India, China, Indonesia, and other tropical countries. This revered spice has a long history of traditional use stemming from Ayurvedic medicine and is still used widely across the world today to address a variety of ailments, including helping to control inflammatory responses within the body and contributing to joint health.
Cultivated in Southern India on a small-scale farm, Viridian’s curcumin is sustainably sourced. Viridian’s turmeric capsules have been certified to meet the Soil Association’s exacting standards for organic food and farming. The turmeric has been organically grown by avoiding the use of chemical sprays or artificial fertilisers. Organic farming is kinder to the environment, better for you and works to supports smaller growers in the food supply chain.
Contains 100% active ingredients, formulated by expert nutritionists with no artificial fillers and no nasties. Sourced according to Viridian’s strict ethical criteria including no animal testing, GMO or palm oil.
