TERRANOVA Vitamin D3 1000 IU Complex combines vitamin D3 with a specially designed MAGNIFOOD complex including spirulina, shiitake mushroom, pumpkin, coriander and rice bran.
Vitamin D is only found in small amounts in some foods, making it difficult to get enough from a healthy, balanced diet alone.
Often called the sunshine vitamin, vitamin D is naturally created by your body through exposure to sunlight. If you don't spend enough time outside, you may be at risk of vitamin D deficiency.
